We provide primary and specialty care. We manage your chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, respiratory disease, joint problems and general preventive care. We also provide specialty services for screening, testing and treatment of viral hepatitis C and sexually transmitted infections. We provide specialty care for people living with HIV.

We have staff trained to educate you on how to manage your chronic illness.

General Medicine

At PCG we care for adults and adolescents with acute and chronic illnesses. The services include medication management, monitoring of labs, routine evaluations, patient education and counseling on medication compliance.

Management of HIV infection at a specialized level following the most recent guidelines. Dr. Lamadrid is a certified HIV specialist by the American Academy of HIV Medicine.

We offer screening, testing and treatment of commonsexually transmitted infections. We want to keep our community safe by proividing exams, diagnostic tests including laboratory.  Dr. Lamadrid and his team will provide treatment, counseling and education on disease prevention.

We use the electronic medical record of Practice Fusion. With Patient Fusion as the patient portal you can request appointments, look up lab results, and soon send messages to our staff.
